• Service details needed to dispatch a truck — vehicle make/model, condition, and any notes you share about the situation.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Automatically-collected data when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, used for analytics and security.

Sharing of Information

Saker Towing does not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information — including your phone number and mobile number — to third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, or lead-generation purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your information only when necessary to provide the service you requested and only with:

• Drivers and dispatch staff who need it to complete the job.
• Your insurance carrier, motor club, or fleet provider when they are paying for the service on your behalf.
• Service providers (payment processing, hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or courts when required by law.

SMS Communications

Saker Towing may send text messages to the mobile phone number you provide when you request service, call our dispatch line, or opt in to receive updates. These messages may include dispatch confirmations, driver ETA updates, appointment reminders, payment receipts, and follow-up satisfaction messages.

• Opt-in. By providing your mobile number and requesting service, you consent to receive text messages from Saker Towing related to your request. For recurring updates or marketing messages, we will ask for explicit consent before adding you to an ongoing SMS list.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service needs. During an active tow or roadside call, you may receive 1–5 messages. Ongoing promotional lists typically send fewer than 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Saker Towing does not charge you to receive text messages.
• Opt-out. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message or call us at 757-296-7374. After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Help. For help or support with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or call 757-296-7374.
• Supported carriers. SMS delivery is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers; however, delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier network issues.
• No mobile information sharing. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used only by Saker Towing to provide the services you requested.

Reviews

Customer reviews shown on this site come from real customers (Google, Yelp, Facebook, or direct feedback). We do not publish reviews you did not consent to share publicly.

We retain dispatch and billing records for as long as required by Virginia state law and our insurance carriers, and then delete or anonymize them.
